Copper-Beryllium Alloy Expertise

NGK Berylco France specializes in the production and distribution of copper-beryllium alloys in the form of strip, rod, wire, plate, and ingot, as well as copper-nickel-tin alloys in the form of strip and rod.

Since its founding in 1971, NGK Berylco France has pursued a policy of delivering the highest possible product quality, meeting the most demanding customer requirements. This commitment to quality and customer satisfaction enables us to produce strip, rod, and wire with extremely high precision, ranging in thickness and diameter from several millimeters down to just a few microns.

Production and Distribution Network

Our copper-beryllium alloys are processed using the most advanced equipment. Our rolling mill is capable of producing strip products to the most stringent specifications.

We perform the following operations continuously: cold rolling, slitting, pickling, heat treatment in closed furnaces, and logistics (receipt, storage, and shipment of semi-finished products).

NGK Berylco France is also responsible for the sales and distribution of finished products across Europe and worldwide. In Europe, we are supported by our sister companies in the United Kingdom (NGK Berylco U.K. Ltd) and Germany (NGK Deutsche Berylco GmbH), as well as a network of agents and distributors covering the rest of the continent.

Beryllium Copper: An Irreplaceable Alloy Used in Everyday Life

Beryllium copper has been industrially produced since 1935 and remains the primary use of beryllium today—as an alloying element in copper at concentrations ranging from 0.2% to 2% by weight. The addition of beryllium results in a dramatic increase in the mechanical strength of copper without compromising its conductivity.

Berylco Alloys Serving Advanced Industries

Berylco alloys combine a unique set of properties that make them essential and ideal materials for manufacturing high-precision, complex-shaped components. They are used across a wide range of industries and sectors including aerospace, aeronautics, automotive, rail, IT, electronics, telecommunications, medical, household appliances, watchmaking, energy, and defense.
