Hydrogen
Production, Transport, and Storage
Berylco beryllium copper alloys meet the highest standards required for white hydrogen extraction technologies, green hydrogen production, and the transport and storage of liquefied hydrogen.
Being non-sparking, they are highly resistant to elevated pressures and extremely low temperatures.
Hydrogen Mobility
Due to their exceptional resistance to extreme pressure and temperature conditions, as well as their high thermal conductivity, beryllium copper alloys are a material of choice for heat exchangers in hydrogen mobility infrastructure, particularly in refueling stations.
Following tests conducted by NGK in Japan, beryllium copper alloys demonstrated unique performance in terms of thermal conductivity and tensile strength, without any hydrogen embrittlement.
