Key properties

Berylco beryllium copper wire combines good formability with exceptionally high strength after aging, reaching up to 1750 MPa.
It withstands high bending stress, performs excellently at elevated temperatures, and is highly resistant to corrosion.

Its electrical conductivity ranges from 20 to 60% IACS.
The low-beryllium B14 alloy offers lower strength but significantly higher conductivity (up to 60% IACS).

Main applications: Springs, connectors, relays, and various automotive components.

Berylco wire is also increasingly used in miniaturized electronic components.
